4-INHALE DEEPLY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR 4 SECONDS.

7-HOLD IT FOR 7 SECONDS.

8-EXHALE THROUGH THE MOUTH FOR 8 SECONDS.

(snapping your fingers is recommended

during this breathing technique)

Normally I use 4-7-8 when I am sad , angry , stressed, irritated and etc.

sometimes in life we encounter certain situations where we don’t think or take the time to breathe before we react.

sometimes in life we get upset , overwhelmed or frustrated.

no matter if you just want to relax , blow off some steam or relieve stress this breathing technique is made for you.
