ถ้าใครกำลังหา “ขอแบบสรุป” เรื่อง 12 บาทเปลี่ยนชีวิต ของครูเบิร์ด เดอะโกส (สายที่ 4) เราขอสรุปใจความสำคัญแบบอ่านแล้วเห็นภาพนะคะ เรื่องนี้เป็นเหตุการณ์ต่อเนื่องจากที่ “คุณมินนี่” เคยเจอความหลอนมาก่อน และคิดว่าทุกอย่างน่าจะจบแล้ว แต่พอกลับมาใช้ชีวิตตามปกติ กลับมีสิ่งแปลกๆ โผล่มาอีกครั้ง จุดที่ทำให้เรื่องมันน่าขนลุกคือ “ผีผู้หญิงแปลกๆ” ที่เดินเข้าออกในบ้าน และภาพติดตาที่สุดคือผีผู้หญิง “ผมยาว” กำลังกอด “ไห” อยู่ เหมือนเฝ้าบางอย่าง แล้วหันมามองคุณมินนี่แบบจังๆ บรรยากาศมันให้ความรู้สึกอึดอัดมาก เหมือนคนในบ้านไม่ได้อยู่กันแค่คนเป็น คุณมินนี่เลยเอาเรื่องนี้ไปบอกพ่อ ซึ่งพ่อเป็นคนมีวิชา มีครูบาอาจารย์และความเชื่อของตัวเอง พ่อมั่นใจว่าไม่มีผีอะไรทำอะไรแกได้ เลยเกิดการโต้เถียงกัน เพราะฝั่งลูกเห็นกับตา ส่วนฝั่งพ่อมองว่า “ไม่ต้องกลัว” หรือ “คิดไปเอง” แต่ความน่ากลัวคือหลังจากนั้นพ่อเริ่มมีอาการแปลกๆ เหมือนโดนบางอย่างเกาะติด และสิ่งที่คุณมินนี่เคยเห็น (ผู้หญิงที่กอดไห) เหมือนจะย้ายเป้าหมายจากลูกไปที่พ่อแทน ไฮไลต์ของเรื่องคือมันไม่ได้จบแค่หลอนให้กลัว แต่เหตุการณ์เริ่มกระทบ “ร่างกายและชีวิตจริง” ของคนในบ้าน จนมีจุดที่ทั้งพ่อและคุณมินนี่ “เกือบเอาชีวิตไม่รอด” จากเรื่องนี้ ทำให้บรรยากาศของเรื่องจากที่คิดว่าเป็นแค่ผีหลอก กลายเป็นความรู้สึกว่าเหมือนมีบางอย่างตั้งใจจะเล่นงานจริงๆ ส่วนคำว่า “12 บาทเปลี่ยนชีวิต” ถ้ามองจากแนวเรื่องเล่าเดอะโกส มักจะสื่อถึงจุดเริ่มต้นเล็กๆ (เงินนิดเดียว/การตัดสินใจเล็กๆ) ที่พาไปเจอเหตุการณ์ใหญ่แบบคาดไม่ถึง ใครฟังเต็มๆ จะเก็บรายละเอียดได้ว่าจุดเริ่มต้นมันโยงไปสู่ความเฮี้ยนยังไง ถ้าอยากฟังอารมณ์ครบๆ แนะนำไปฟังเวอร์ชันเต็มของครูเบิร์ดใน The Ghost Radio เพราะจุดที่เล่าละเอียดจะทำให้เข้าใจว่า “ผีผู้หญิงกอดไห” มาเกี่ยวข้องกับบ้านนี้ได้ยังไง และทำไมถึงหนักถึงขั้นเกิดเหตุการณ์เฉียดตาย
