BREAKFAST W/ MY 7-MONTH-OLD
This brand is not expensive even though it is organic and she really seems to like it so I think this will be a great alternative to making baby food sometimes when I am pressed on time! They have a ton of options for food! Another brand similar that we love is Earth’s Best Organics :)
Usually I make my daughters food but we just got back from our first long weekend away from her and I think I made about a million containers of baby food the week before we left just in case my mom (who was watching her) needed them 😂. Somehow I ended up with a lot of the same foods left over, and there were no more prunes which she desperately needed at this moment if you know what I mean haha 😣. I had so many things to do when we got back from vacation mode and I had to get groceries anyways so I figured we would try a couple of these organic baby foods.

Feeding a 7-month-old can be both rewarding and challenging, especially when adhering to a busy lifestyle. It's essential to ensure that your baby receives nutritional options without compromising quality. Organic baby food brands such as Earth’s Best Organics provide excellent choices that offer convenience when you're pressed for time, ensuring your baby consumes healthy ingredients. When introducing new foods, keep in mind the importance of texture and consistency. At this age, babies are ready to explore a variety of flavors and can be transitioning to more solid foods. Many parents find success in combining homemade options with quality packaged baby food, leading to a balanced diet for their little one. Recipes can range from pureed fruits to vegetable mixes, and finding a rhythm that works for your family is important. It’s helpful to batch-cook baby food during quieter moments—store them in small containers for easy access during busy days. Additional baby food brands can be explored based on individual preferences and dietary needs. When starting solids, observe how your baby reacts to different foods. This can be a fun trial-and-error process that helps your baby develop their palate. Maintain patience and adapt accordingly, keeping an eye on allergies or sensitivities. Ultimately, feeding your child should be a time of bonding and exploration!
