My goal is to build mental toughness and personal resilience over the next 75 days. The challenge fits surprisingly well with college life, though it does require careful scheduling. For instance, after classes, I made sure to take a brisk walk with my dogs, which helped me clear my mind and stay active—something I found motivating and refreshing. Despite the packed schedule, integrating self-care routines like these helps combat stress and improve focus.
