The Dubai Biscoff Brownie getting a perfect 10/10 wasn't an exaggeration. Imagine a rich, fudgy brownie base, swirled with that unmistakable, spiced Biscoff cookie butter, and then topped with crunchy Biscoff crumbles. It's an explosion of flavors and textures – sweet, slightly spicy, with a satisfying crunch. It’s definitely earned its spot as a top-tier Crumbl cookie in my book, and if you see it on the menu again, run, don't walk! This cookie really elevates the 'crumb' in Crumbl!
Beyond that showstopper, I was seriously impressed by a few others. The Brownie Batter cookie, for instance, is a chocolate lover's dream, tasting exactly like licking the spoon from a fresh batch of brownie mix – pure nostalgia and deliciousness, hence its 9/10. And you can never go wrong with the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk – it's a classic for a reason. This week’s rendition was perfectly baked, gooey in the middle with just the right amount of melty chocolate. The Chocolate Crumb ft. OREO was another solid 8/10, combining the rich chocolate cookie with the beloved Oreo crunch.
For those of you wondering about the Crumbl menu system, it's a mix of excitement and comfort. Every Sunday night, they reveal their new weekly lineup of 4-6 rotating flavors, keeping things fresh and exciting! But don't worry, they also have their "classic" cookies like the Pink Sugar and the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk that are often available. I always check their app first thing Monday morning to see what's new. Sometimes I even scroll through social media to see early reviews before I commit to my box!
A little tip from my Crumbl adventures: always try to warm your cookies slightly before eating them. It really makes a difference, especially for those chocolate-based ones like the Brownie Batter or even the Oatmeal Marshmallow cookie I tried this week – it brings out all the gooey goodness! And if you can't finish them all in one go (which, let's be honest, is often the case with their generous size!), I find storing them in an airtight container at room temperature keeps them soft for a day or two. Some people even freeze them, but I prefer them fresh.
While the Pink Sugar didn't quite hit the mark for me this week (a 5/10 is still edible!), and the Ultimate Peanut Butter and Snickerdoodle were decent at 7/10, the sheer joy of discovering new favorites like the Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Swirl or revisiting dependable ones like Celebration Cake makes the weekly Crumbl run an experience worth having. It's more than just a cookie; it's a little moment of joy!
