I always apply a thin layer to my eyelid where I want the glitter to go and let it get slightly tacky before pressing the glitter on. Pat, Don't Swipe: For these creamy glitter shades, a patting motion with your fingertip or a flat, dense synthetic brush works best. Swiping can spread the glitter unevenly and increase fallout, leading to a much messier look. Do Your Eyes First: This is a personal preference, but I always do my eye makeup before my foundation when working with glitter.
