So I’ve been seeing this viral oil pulling all over the Internet. As a dental hygienist, we were never taught in school about oil pulling.
The American Dental, Association also does not recognize oil pulling, or its benefits.
I decided to purchase this product, and I gave it an honest trial myself.
And I must say my experience using this product is that my mouth felt very clean, and it just naturally felt healthier.
I would recommend if you are going to use this product that you continue to see your dentist and dental hygienist, and you brush and floss routinely.

Oil pulling, an ancient practice with origins in Ayurvedic medicine, has recently gained popularity as a potential natural remedy for oral health. Many people claim it can whiten teeth and improve overall oral hygiene. While the American Dental Association has not officially recognized the benefits of oil pulling, advocates argue that it can help reduce harmful bacteria in the mouth, leading to improved gum health and fresher breath. Common oils used include coconut and sesame oil, which contain antimicrobial properties. However, it is essential to remain cautious and consult your dentist before adding new practices to your oral care routine. Regular dental visits, brushing, and flossing should remain your primary focus for maintaining dental health. Despite the buzz and testimonials from users, always rely on professional advice for effective dental hygiene.
