Lather the brush gently, rinsing it until the water runs clear. Then reshape the bristles and lay the brushes flat on a clean towel to dry. Beyond just cleaning, consider the type of brush you are using for different products—using separate brushes for liquid and powdered products can also help reduce the buildup of pigments and oils. When storing your brushes, keep them in a cool, dry place and avoid touching the bristles to any surfaces to maintain their cleanliness. By incorporating these tips into your routine, you’ll ensure a healthier application and better results with your makeup every time.
