Cinderella’s Royal Table Review

Is it worth $107???

Appetizer: Tomato Soup

Entree: Grilled Filet Mignon with potatoes and vegetables

Dessert: The clock strikes twelve: chocolate mousse with coffee

Omg I can’t believe this meal was $107!! To be fair, you are at inside of the castle which is so magical oh my gosh!! Just being there is so amazing + you get to meet Cinderella when you first walk in, then you meet 4 more princesses! Merida, Jasmine, Aurora, and Ariel! I would probably not go again, but I’m so glad I got to go during my program!

📍 City/Country: Magic Kingdom, Florida

... Read moreBeyond the quick bites and initial character greetings, let me tell you more about what truly makes Cinderella's Royal Table a unique (and undeniably pricey!) Disney World dining experience. From the moment you step inside Cinderella's Castle, the atmosphere is utterly enchanting. I was immediately struck by the majestic, medieval-inspired interior—think high arching ceilings, beautiful stained glass windows depicting Cinderella's story, and regal banners. It’s not just a restaurant; it genuinely feels like you’ve been invited to a royal banquet within Magic Kingdom, making it a truly immersive experience that many consider a 'must-do' for families with little princesses or princes. Speaking of the menu, while my original review highlighted my specific meal, let's delve a bit deeper into what you can expect. The menu at Cinderella's Royal Table typically offers a prix fixe option, showcasing a selection of Appetizers, Entrées Royale, and Finales (desserts). For my appetizer, the Tomato Soup was surprisingly rich and flavorful, a comforting and elegant start to the meal. But the undisputed star of the show for me was certainly the Grilled Filet Mignon. It was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy, served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and vibrant green asparagus. Honestly, it was one of the better steak dishes I’ve savored at a Disney park, and its quality certainly helped justify a portion of that $107 cost. If you're wondering about other options, they often feature a 'Chicken Roulade' or other seasonal fish, catering to different tastes. Then there’s the dessert, aptly named 'The Clock Strikes Twelve.' This isn’t just any chocolate mousse; it's a truly Instagram-worthy work of art! The spherical chocolate mousse with its delicate clock face design is almost too beautiful to eat. It tasted as good as it looked, a rich and decadent finish to the meal. They also offer other unique options, so there's usually something delightful to tempt every palate. Considering it's one of the few opportunities to dine inside Cinderella's Castle in Magic Kingdom, the character interactions are a huge draw. You get to meet Cinderella herself upon entry, which is a fantastic photo opportunity and sets the magical tone. Then, other beloved princesses like Merida, Jasmine, Aurora, and Ariel circulate to each table during your meal. It’s a wonderful way to meet multiple characters without enduring long lines out in the park. For many, this uninterrupted, air-conditioned character time alone makes it a 'must-do dining experience' at Disney World. So, is Cinderella's Royal Table a 'must-eat restaurant' or a 'must-do place' at Disney World? My personal take is this: if you have young children who dream of meeting princesses, or if you're celebrating a very special occasion and want an unforgettable, immersive experience, then yes, it absolutely can be worth it. The price tag is steep, but you're truly paying for the ambiance, the exclusive castle access, and the unique character interactions, not solely the culinary masterpieces. However, if your priority is purely gourmet dining for adults on a strict budget, you might find better culinary value elsewhere. Pro tip: Reservations are notoriously hard to get, so book 60 days out, right when your booking window opens, to secure your spot. Don't forget to factor in park admission and be prepared for a truly royal, once-in-a-lifetime meal!

I think it really Deon what your priorities and interests are. For me it’s 100% worth it for the break, princesses, details and I spend that much anyway on snacks but I’m less likely to buy snacks after a full meal. You also can’t really beat for *magic*
