My Favorite Low Calorie Snack🄰

We call this cucumber salad in my house, but you can call it whatever you want.

Here’s what you’ll need:

šŸ„’ 3 mini cucumbers

šŸ§€ 2 tablespoons cottage cheese

šŸ„— 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning

šŸ§‚ 1 tsp Season All

Prep time: 5 minutes

To begin:

1) Wash and dry your cucumbers.

I score my cucumbers with a fork to soften the skin before I slice them. It’s not necessary but you’re more than welcome to do so.

2)Slice your cucumbers into coins.

3)Toss them in a bowl.

4)Add your ranch seasoning, season all, cottage cheese, and mix.

5)You’re done, now enjoy!!
