I really love to cook asian inspired dishes so I figured id share my breakfast:)
Okonomiyaki and miso soup!
-Breakdown of how I did it-
* okonomiyaki*
I bought a frozen sesame version and fried it in two teaspoons of sesame oil for 2 minutes on each side at a little above medium heat
* Miso soup *
Put two tablespoons of dashi miso, added a sheet of nori and 6 whole shitaki mushrooms:) didn't feel like using another cooking dish so I microwaved it for 6 minutes xD
* Sauce *
A generous helping of soy, ginger dressing, sesame oil, chili oil and a mushroom seasoning:)
A lot of these ingredients can be found at your local Asian market so go crazy!
