Spring is all about growth, transformation and rebirth. And for my fellow learning disciples— resurrection and renewal. You are SUPPOSED to feel like you’re breaking open because as seeds do you are in your season of growing pains and elevation. Old things must fall away in order for new things to have the room they need to Become.
Ways you can stay grounded during this season of blooming and grooming:
🗝️ Keep a list of things you are grateful for throughout each day. Big AND small. The little things sometimes become a huge part of our foundations.
🗝️ Remember that for every action there is an equal or opposite reaction— sometimes it’s not rejection. It’s redirection or protection.
🗝️ Allow things to hurt if they hurt. Toxic positivity is acting like nothing hurts. Realistic positivity is knowing it’s going to hurt and giving it the space to do so. Neglecting yourself is an act of self hate, and we are in a season of self love.
