Embracing my flaws

It's funny how often we focus on what's "wrong" with our bodies, rather than what's right. I mean, my body has allowed me to experience the world in so many ways to feel the sun on my skin, to taste my favorite foods, to move and dance and create. And yet, for so long, I've been so caught up in criticizing its imperfections that I've forgotten to appreciate its beauty and its strength.

I'm finding that it's not just about my body - it's about my entire being. It's about learning to love and accept myself exactly as I am, flaws and all. And that's a radical act of self-care, one that I'm committed to practicing every day. By being kinder to my body, I'm becoming kinder to myself, and that's a gift that keeps on giving.
