How do you explain fatigue no one sees?

I think the hardest part about invisible fatigue is the guilt. You start convincing yourself that you’re lazy, dramatic, or ungrateful, just because there’s no “proof” of how drained you feel.

But fatigue doesn’t always come from lack of sleep. Sometimes it’s emotional exhaustion, constant stress, burnout, or just being in survival mode for too long. And when your mind never gets to rest, your body feels it too.

If no one has told you this lately, you don’t need to “earn” your rest. You don’t need to look sick to deserve a break.

Have you ever felt that kind of tired, the one no one else can see?

That feeling of being "tired" when you haven't done anything physically demanding is the WORST. It's like your battery is just drained.

Totally feel this. It's like running on empty, but everyone expects you to keep going at full speed.
