What do you think causes your anxiety post Same?
Anxiety doesn’t always come with warning signs that others can notice. For me, it often shows up as a racing mind, restlessness, or the heavy feeling of not enough time, not enough energy, not enough control. Sometimes I try to trace it back to something specific: a looming deadline, a conversation that didn’t go how I wanted, or even just the constant hum of expectations I put on myself. Other times, it feels like it came out of nowhere, and that’s the part that’s hardest to explain.
I’ve learned that it’s rarely caused by one single thing. It’s usually a combination of little stressors, overthinking, and internal pressures that pile up quietly until they become overwhelming.
