Do wellness apps actually help?
I know myself, and I know how easily I can turn things into something I need to be perfect at. I don’t want my rest, my movement, or my emotions to feel like a scorecard. Right now, I try to check in with my body without an app reminding me or judging me, and that feels gentler. Still, I’m curious if I’m being mindful or just avoiding it altogether.
Do wellness tracking apps help you feel more connected to your body, or more stressed about it?































































































i felt like this too! i used to use calorie tracking apps and they have led to me starving myself so instead, i use the fitness app to track my steps each day (i aim for 10k) & i track my cycles using the health app, other than that, i don’t track anything else bc i feel like they’ll make me freak out or will lead to unhealthy eating habits.
