... Read moreTest anxiety is a common experience among students, especially those striving for perfection. The pressure to excel can lead to intense emotional reactions when results fall short of expectations. It's important to recognize that such feelings are temporary and do not define your capabilities or future success. Embracing a growth mindset can help shift your perspective on failure, allowing you to view setbacks as learning experiences rather than obstacles. Aside from academic performance, maintaining mental health is crucial. Engaging in healthy habits, such as mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques, can alleviate anxiety and improve overall well-being. Additionally, leaning on support systems — friends, mentors, or online communities — can provide encouragement and foster resilience. Remember, every step taken in your academic journey contributes to growth, even if it feels challenging at the moment. So, when faced with setbacks, remind yourself that you are capable of achieving your long-term dreams. Life does go on, and every experience can lead to newfound strength and determination.

U sound just like me when I was going through my pre reqs for nursing. I would study my butt off but would get terrible test anxiety that would mess me up. I just had to learn to trust in my study habits && find lil hacks that eased my anxiety. I always said a prayer before a test. Just trust ur work ethic. U got this!
