ハンドクリームって「塗ってるのに乾く…」って感じることがあって、私も前は手のひらに出してサッと広げるだけでした。変わったのは“手に取る量”と“塗り方の順番”、そして「いつ塗るか」を固定したこと。 ■保湿クリームを手に取る量の目安 私の目安は、両手で米粒2〜3粒くらい（乾燥が強い日はもう少し）。出しすぎるとベタついて塗りムラが増えるので、少量を2回に分ける方がきれいに馴染みました。ポンプ式なら「半プッシュ→足りなければ追加」がおすすめです。 ■ハンドクリームの塗り方（ムラが減った順番） 1) 手の甲に出す（ここがポイント） 2) もう片方の手の甲で軽く伸ばす 3) 爪周り→爪（先にここを潤すとささくれが起きにくい） 4) 指は1本ずつ、付け根から指先へ 5) 最後に手のひらは“残った分”でOK（つけすぎ防止） 6) 余ったら手首〜ひじまで伸ばす この順番にしてから、写真を撮ったときの手のツヤ感が安定しました。 ■ハンドクリームはいつ塗る？（続けやすい合図） 私が一番続いた合図は「手が濡れたら保湿」。手洗い・トイレ後・洗い物後・お風呂後は水分が蒸発しやすいので、タオルで拭いたら30秒以内に塗るとしっとり感が残りやすいです。リビングやベッドサイドなど“ど真ん中”に置いて、塗り忘れを減らしました。 ■日焼け止めの適量（手にも） 手の甲までしっかり塗る日は、私は「パール2個分」を片手の甲にのせて、もう片方の甲で広げてから指先まで。塗り残しが出やすい指の側面・第一関節まわりも最後にチェックしています。曇りの日も続けると、乾燥だけじゃなく見た目の差が出やすいなと感じました。 ■寝る前の最強保湿：オイル＋クリーム 寝る前だけは、ホホバオイルを爪周りに1滴ずつ→その上からハンドクリーム。翌朝の爪周りがふっくらして、ささくれ対策にかなり良かったです。 ベタつきが苦手な日は「少量を2回」「手の甲スタート」「手のひらは残りで」を意識すると、塗ったあともスマホ触りやすくて続けやすいです。
