I start my mornings off with an iced latte, because as a mom who has to wake up around 6 am with her baby, it is much needed! I’m also very thankful to have an espresso machine. I used to be a barista before I became a stay at home mom, and sometimes I miss my days at the coffee shop. This helps me have the fun of making coffees at home!
Steps to make Iced Latte:
1. You need an espresso machine
2. Put grounds into the portafilter, and tamp them down.
3. Pour syrup into a cup. You can use any kind of syrup. I used my homemade maple vanilla syrup.
4. Pour your shots into a shot glass.
5. Dump the shots into your syrup, and stir.
6. Add as much milk and ice as you would like.
7. I like to add a straw, but it isn’t necessary. And tada! You’ve made a delicious iced latte at home.
