I went through so much in 2022 with mental health. (Was r^ed) but I knew deep down I had people that needed me and I couldn’t give up. So I kept fighting I found my own ways to cope with everything, even though i could barely even look at myself. #lemon8challenge #girlpov

That is great for you. Getting through something is so hard to do and speaking about it is even harder.
