Surrounding yourself with genuine people who value honesty can rebuild your confidence and trust. Sharing your story openly on social platforms or forums can also provide relief and connect you with others facing similar challenges. Remember, forgiveness is a journey, and it empowers you to focus on your well-being rather than the hurt caused by fake friends.
