Read moreIf you've recently experienced skin issues like severe breakouts, it may be linked to various environmental factors, including traveling and the effects of airplane air quality, commonly referred to as 'airplane acne.' Such conditions can exacerbate existing sensitive skin problems, making individuals uncertain about which products to use. First, it is crucial to maintain a gentle skincare routine that prioritizes soothing ingredients and avoids harsh chemicals that could lead to further irritation. Consider incorporating products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, both of which are effective in treating acne. Look for fragrance-free, hypoallergenic options specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Also, don't forget to stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet to support skin health. If breakouts persist, consulting a dermatologist can provide personalized solutions tailored to your skin's specific needs. Share your experience with others facing similar challenges and explore community forums for additional support and recommendations. Remember, caring for your skin is a journey, and finding the right approach can lead to healthier skin over time!

Lower your sugar intake, and make sure you are changing your bedsheets/ blankets once a week. Maybe every 2 weeks

something I have been using recently is CeraVe hydrating face wash followed by their everyday lotion and it's helped my skin clear up
