Foods I’ve eaten recently

> recently i have have changed my diet again and been eating differently.

my favorite clean eat for breakfast is eggs, oats, yogurt, and fruit ofc.

for lunch and dinner i love a good protein with just about anything, veggies been making a come back too lol. kidding, they never really left but i do tend to pick fruit over veggies.

along with eating cleaner , i quit stopping to get fast food .. 5$ meal deals from mcdonalds, biggie bags from Wendy’s, just not so big on meat that i don’t know the full content of, or all that oil they soak the fries in. if i want fries or a burger, im making it at home & same with my tacos.

... Read moreLately, I've really focused on making my meals more wholesome and nutritious. One change I've embraced is incorporating more protein-rich foods throughout the day, whether it’s through protein shakes with vanilla protein blends or meals like steak with rice and veggies that I prep myself. I’ve also found kombucha to be a refreshing addition to my routine, giving me probiotics and a flavorful alternative to sugary drinks. Breakfast has become my favorite time to nourish myself with clean ingredients like oats, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, and sometimes a protein waffle topped with dates and peanut butter. These combinations keep me full and energized throughout the morning without feeling heavy. For lunch and dinner, I prioritize lean proteins paired with either fruits or veggies, often leaning toward fruit for a natural sweetness. This shift helped me phase out fast food—no more grabbing $5 meal deals or greasy fries soaked in oil. Instead, I prepare homemade versions of my favorite fast-food items, like burgers and tacos, so I know exactly what goes into them. It’s a fun and satisfying process that’s healthier and kinder to my body. Additionally, I supplement my diet with vitamins and protein bars when needed, careful to choose options that complement my active lifestyle and support overall health. Trying new clean-eating recipes and experimenting with different fruits, vegetables, and protein sources has made this dietary shift enjoyable and sustainable. Embracing these changes not only improved my energy and well-being but also helped me feel more connected to the foods I eat.
