Like many fans, I had been eagerly anticipating this release for over two years, so my expectations were sky-high. Upon viewing, I noticed the change in music and overall vibe — it was indeed different, and at first, it caught me off guard. The homage to Fez at the start gave me goosebumps as well; that moment honored a beloved character and set a nostalgic tone for longtime viewers. Yet, I also found myself puzzled by some narrative choices, such as Cassie’s extravagant request for $50k worth of flowers, which seemed excessive and left me wondering about its true significance. The portrayal of Cassie being overly sexualized in the show similarly raised questions about the direction of her character development this season. Another unexpected twist was Nate’s unusually calm demeanor, which contrasts sharply with his previously volatile nature.
