I was diagnosed with Neuropathy in November 2024, lost everything, believing it would totally own my life and that I will always look the way that I did.
I may still have all the conditions, but after researching and applying the nutrition suggestions made by certain bio hackers, while also learning the advantages and benefits of walking, combined with micro-burst workouts that fit within my means for a few short minutes a day here and there…
I’m proud to have improved my appearance and energy!
