What’s one baby product you regret buying?

For me, it’s so many newborn socks. I stocked up with my first baby, thinking we’d need them all… but where are they now? Scattered across parking lots, grocery stores, and restaurants all over town. 😂

What about you? What baby product do you wish you would have saved your money on?

Many parents invest money into items that seemed essential at the time but ended up collecting dust or being lost entirely. A common regret is purchasing too many clothes, especially newborn socks, which are often lost and misplaced, as they are small and easily slip away during outings. Parents have reported their frustration over complex gadgets that promise to make life easier but ultimately add more hassle than help. Items like fancy baby monitors or complicated diaper bags may look appealing but can fall short of expectations in practicality. Another trending discussion focuses on baby shoes, which are often bought in anticipation of new milestones. Many parents find that their babies outgrow them quickly or simply don't wear them, rendering the purchase unnecessary. Finally, items marketed towards newborns, like certain bath essentials or nursery decor, can also be sources of regret. Parents often realize that simplicity can go a long way when caring for infants. Overall, by exchanging experiences about what baby products to avoid, we can better navigate the sometimes chaotic world of parenting choices.

Wipe warmer, it dried out the wipes way too quickly even with it filled with water. Used it for a week and went in the closet never to be seen again.
