Ingredientes secos:
• 1 taza de harina de almendra
• 2 cucharadas de harina de coco
• 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
• 1/4 cucharadita de sal
• 1 cucharadita de canela
• 2½ cucharadas de monkfruit
Ingredientes húmedos:
• 2 huevos grandes
• 1/4 taza + 2 cucharadas de crema para batir
• 2½ cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
• 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
Topping tipo churro:
• 2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
• 2 cucharadas de monkfruit
• 1 cucharadita de canela
Para las de chocolate : chocolate lylys sin azucar
procedimiento :
1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C (350°F). Engrasa bien tu molde de donas.
2. En un bowl, mezcla todos los ingredientes secos.
3. En otro bowl, bate los ingredientes húmedos.
4. Une ambas mezclas sin sobrebatir. La textura debe quedar como masa espesa pero manejable.
5. Rellena tu molde de donas (puedes usar una bolsita tipo manga pastelera para que queden bien formadas).
6. Hornea de 14 a 17 minutos o hasta que estén doraditas y al insertar un palillo, salga limpio.
7. Sácalas, deja reposar 3 minutos, y barniza con mantequilla derretida mientras aún están calientitas.
8. Espolvorea de inmediato la mezcla de canela y “azúcar” por todos lados.
Para las de chocolate solo derrite el chocolate en el micro en intervalos de 15 segundos para que no se te queme el chocolate y pasa la dona por el chocolate y agrega los toppings de tu preferencia coco rallado sin azucar , nueces o almendras
