I'm not Ashamed
I'm not ashamed to wear the Lord on my chest or ashamed to tell anyone about the goodness of the Lord Amen.
Wearing your faith openly and sharing the gospel can be a powerful statement in today's world. Many people find strength and identity in their belief, which helps them navigate challenges with hope and confidence. For me, displaying the Lord's name and openly discussing His goodness has been a source of encouragement not only for myself but also for those around me. Romans 1:16 reminds us that the gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. This verse emphasizes that faith isn't something to hide or be ashamed of but a source of divine strength that transcends social or cultural boundaries. Embracing this has encouraged me to be authentic and fearless in my daily interactions. In practical terms, sharing your faith might mean wearing symbols that express your belief, like a cross necklace, or speaking about how your faith has impacted your life during conversations. These actions might sometimes attract questions or even criticism, but they also open doors for meaningful dialogues and spiritual connections. Personally, I have experienced moments when simply wearing a faith-related symbol sparked conversations that led to deeper discussions about hope, purpose, and God’s love. It has helped create a supportive environment where both believers and non-believers can share perspectives openly. If you’re considering expressing your faith more openly, start with something simple that feels comfortable and authentic to you. Remember, the goal is to live out your beliefs in a way that is genuine and respectful of others, embodying the very goodness you wish to share. The gospel’s power is real and worth being proud of—never ashamed of.
