Help! I can’t Decide What Color To Buy
Help me choose my new mixer color!
My old KitchenAid mixer that I had for YEARS finally but the dust and it needs to be replaced. Now I have been waiting since 2019 for the copper mixer to get restocked. It has exactly once and it sold out in under a minute.
So I’m pivoting now that I actually need a new one. Now I keep mine out and n the counter so it’s swipe parts decor for me.
👉🏼There are some really phenomenal sales happening for Mother’s Day so I’m trying to take advantage while I can!
Here’s the breakdown:
—————————————
🍃Juniper: I think this is my favorite. It’s definitely a different direction than where I was going. It’s a deep green with a lot of shimmer. I would pair it with the copper bowl (that I also plan to buy while it’s on sale) I also really like that it’s a limited release color so it won’t be on everyone’s countertop.
🥜Almond: I love how warm she is. I actually was planning to get this one and I live that copper bowl looks so good with her. HOWEVER…we are planning to move next year and I am planning on a beige zellige tile backsplash so I worry that it will blend too much (swipe to the end for the inspo) Plus this color has been around and is a staple.
🥛Milkshake: This is a new color & is slightly more neutral tones (if not cool) than almond. I haven’t seen it with copper, BUT it does look so good with matte black witch I already have from my old mixer. I do worry about the same issues as with the Almond color though.

So HELP! I need to order by Saturday…Which would you choose?
Okay, so many of you, like me, are probably deep in the rabbit hole of trying to pick the perfect KitchenAid stand mixer color, especially if you're eyeing that stunning Juniper! My old mixer finally bit the dust, and I'm feeling the pressure to choose wisely, especially with those tempting Mother's Day sales. Let's talk more about Juniper because it's truly a showstopper. When I first saw the Juniper KitchenAid mixer, I was immediately drawn to its rich, deep green hue and subtle shimmer. It’s not just a flat color; it has a depth that makes it feel luxurious and unique – definitely a conversation starter. I’m imagining it on my counter, a vibrant focal point, especially when paired with a gleaming copper bowl. It's the kind of color that shouts 'personality' without being over the top. Given it's a limited release, there's also that 'fear of missing out' factor – it won't be around forever, making it even more special. For those of you considering a color like Juniper, think about how it complements your kitchen's existing palette. Does your kitchen lean towards natural wood tones, crisp whites, or perhaps industrial grays? Juniper can surprisingly fit into many aesthetics, from a modern farmhouse to a more contemporary design, adding a pop of organic elegance. Unlike more neutral shades like Almond or Milkshake, Juniper demands attention, creating a distinct visual anchor in your space. On the flip side, if you're wrestling with the same 'blend or stand out' dilemma as me, especially with future renovations in mind (hello, beige zellige tile backsplash inspo!), here’s what I’ve learned: Neutrals (like Almond or Milkshake): They offer versatility and create a cohesive look if you want your mixer to blend seamlessly. They're fantastic if your kitchen already has a lot of visual interest or if you're aiming for a calm, understated vibe. However, be mindful of undertones – Milkshake, for instance, has cooler tones than Almond, which could make a big difference depending on your lighting and other finishes. Statement Colors (like Juniper): These are perfect if you want your mixer to be a decor piece. They can inject energy and character into an otherwise neutral kitchen. If you're concerned about it being too much, start by considering how it pairs with one key element, like a special copper bowl or your existing matte black attachments. Another tip: don't underestimate the power of accessories! A simple change from a stainless steel bowl to a copper bowl can dramatically alter your mixer's look. It's like giving your KitchenAid a whole new outfit! Ultimately, choosing a KitchenAid stand mixer is a big decision, especially when you're investing during a sale. It's not just about whipping up delicious treats; it's about adding a piece of art to your kitchen counter. So, whether you lean towards the bold Juniper, the warm Almond, or the sleek Milkshake, pick the one that truly sparks joy every time you glance at it!
