2024 Additions to our Christmas Decor Collection
Christmas is like my personal Olympics. I go all out. It’s my favorite time of year and I love that it last for longer than a month (I’m looking at you Halloween) so you don’t have to feel about about investing in pieces that you can use year after year in difference spaces.
This year I was very into bows and cool, moody metallic tones I also decided to start a collection of knit Christmas stockings with a plan to buy one or two per year for the next few years to have a mix & match set by the time we have children.

you do not need to redecorate and scrap all your decor each year according to trends! I budget all year to add to our decor collection. And I plan my buy. Each year we invest in 2-3 large ticket items and then add smaller ones as we find things. I also have a few different collections of Christmas items that I add to each year.
No I can’t use it all in my current home but eventually I may have a large enough home to do so. And even if not, then I have a robust collection of items I love to play with and reinvent my holiday decor with each year. It never gets stale. It’s always exciting to reminisce on when i bought something & why.
