5th Anniversary of my Almost Wedding
5 years ago today (August 15th, 2020) would have been my original wedding anniversary but the pandemic had other plans.
Because of all of the nonsense of 2020 I actually ended up having to plan 4 different weddings over a period of 4 years. It was grueling, depressing, and it honestly broke my heart a little bit. No one should be wedding planning for 4 years.
My husband and I did eventually have a big beautiful wedding in 2022, completely different from what we originally planned but we like to honor & celebrat our original wedding date each year.
So on this 5th anniversary I’m sharing my inspo directly from my Pintrest. The theme was “Under the Stars” and it would have been a black & white wedding with pops of greenery and blush. Our venue was Crane Cottage at The Jekyll Island Club Resort and I’m still not over it.
