The most insidious enemy is your own mobile screen.

Life Messages: Talk

The most insidious enemy is your own mobile screen.

The hardest thing in 2026 isn't hard work, but it's' staying still without touching your phone '.

We live in an age where algorithms know us better than we know ourselves, they know what you like, and they feed you that until you forget the time, forget the goal, and the worst thing is,..It makes you forget how to live with the present.

And here are three ways to get you back to the present without touching your phone.

1. Try to let yourself be "bored" some.

Don't pick up your phone right away when you're free.

But look at the sky, listen to the sounds around us, or stay silent, because our hearts are calm when nothing takes us away.

2. Use your hands to do something else instead of plowing the screen.

Like watering trees, making coffee, or exercising lightly, and our bodies will gradually bring our hearts back to the present.

3. Spend time with the person in front

When talking to someone, keep your phone and listen to him on purpose, perhaps the easiest happiness.

Maybe it's just laughing with someone... without a screen.

Remember that...In an age when everyone is shouting, racing on the social world, the most formidable people are the ones who are 'still being' and 'choose to reject being'.

Don't let technology drive your life, but use it as a tool.
