Ingredients:
3 salmon fillets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup heavy cream (or half & half)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
