Who's ever seen this on a plane? It's like smoke / fog, steam 💨 coming out of the top. It's spraying down on my head until I'm damp. I can feel it really wet, not thinking about it. 😅
At that time, I was shocked if it was juicy, haha. But this thing is actually called the steam from the air system on the plane. ✈️ caused by the cold air + the moisture in the cabin. When the wind is released, it becomes a fog like this.
📌 Summary Not dangerous, but also useful. It helps to reduce the drying, breathing more easily, but sometimes the force of the head is really wet 😂 until the water drips on the cushion next to it.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวในการเดินทางด้วยเครื่องบินหลายครั้ง ได้พบเจอเหตุการณ์ที่ไอน้ำหรือหมอกลอยออกมาจากระบบแอร์ด้านบน แล้วพัดลงมาจนทำให้ผมและเสื้อผ้าชื้นเปียกจริงๆ เหมือนที่บทความนี้บอกไว้ครับ สิ่งที่เห็นนี้ไม่ใช่อันตรายแต่อย่างใด เป็นการเกิดปรากฏการณ์ของไอน้ำที่มาจากความเย็นจัดของลมในระบบแอร์ผสมกับความชื้นในห้องโดยสาร ทำให้เกิดหมอกออกมาเหมือนกับควันที่เราเห็น บางครั้งลมแรงมากจนหยดน้ำเล็กๆ หลุดลงมาโดนเราได้ด้วย เคล็ดลับที่ผมใช้เพื่อป้องกันอาการเปียกคือ เตรียมตัวล่วงหน้าด้วยการใส่เสื้อที่มีฮู้ดหมวก หรือใช้หมวกปีกกว้างสวมก่อนขึ้นเครื่อง รวมถึงใส่หน้ากากอนามัยและแว่นตากันลม ก็ช่วยลดการโดนไอน้ำโดยตรงได้ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้ หลายคนอาจไม่ทราบว่าไอน้ำนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความชื้นในอากาศ ลดความแห้งในทางเดินหายใจ ซึ่งดีต่อสุขภาพของเราในระหว่างเดินทางบนเครื่องบินที่มีอากาศแห้งจัดอยู่เสมอ ดังนั้น ถึงแม้ว่าจะรู้สึกว่าถูกไอน้ำเปียกบ้างเล็กน้อย แต่ประโยชน์ของระบบนี้ก็สำคัญมากในเรื่องความชุ่มชื้นและความสะดวกสบายโดยรวมของผู้โดยสารครับ ใครที่เจอสภาพแบบนี้บ่อยๆ แนะนำลองเตรียมอุปกรณ์พวกนี้ติดตัวเวลาเดินทาง จะช่วยให้ประสบการณ์บนเครื่องบินดีขึ้นมากทีเดียวครับ
