To Do List For Those Gray Days ❤️‍🩹

Today it’s been a little hard, too much screen time and bad self-talk so I decided to throw the phone away and get up to get hair and make up done. Nothing to crazy because I am not a makeup girly and I never do anything to my hair but just to have fun take some pictures

Here a list of things for me to do on those days to help me change my mood or at least get the unwanted thoughts out of my head

- Cold face plunge 🥶

- Bathtub, music, wine and maybe a snack 🛀🍷

- Read a book of preferences 📖

- Guided beginners yoga or meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

- Painting 🎨

- Go outside to catch the sun & have a drink🧋☀️

- Put on my favorite music and have a puff 💃🏻☘️

- Listen a podcast that blows my mind 🤯🧠

- Take myself on a solo date for drink & flowers 💐

And always remind myself is just a process, it’s ok to take time and go slow as I need 🤍

Much love, Babi 😊

Consider starting with a cold face plunge to invigorate your senses, followed by a relaxing bath infused with your favorite music and perhaps a glass of wine. Reading a book can transport you to another world, while guided yoga or meditation can help clear your mind. Express yourself through painting or cherish the outdoors by soaking up the sun with a refreshing drink in hand. Be sure to enjoy your favorite tunes and indulge in some mindful puffing to enhance your relaxation. Listening to a thought-provoking podcast can also stimulate your mind, or treat yourself to a solo date where you can enjoy a drink and pick up some flowers.
