Cozy Craft

I went to an adult retreat and made this cute, cozy craft for Christmas! It was so easy and turned out great!

All you need is a picture frame, a piece of decorative paper that fits the frame, a little plastic dome, fake snow-glitter, whatever little trinkets you have around, and some strong glue.
