1 pound ground pork

1 pound ground beef

Roasted red peppers

Pork rind breadcrumbs

Feta

Roasted onion, garlic, red pepper sauce

Garlic and herb season

Smoked paprika

Combined all ingredients and form into loaf, do not over mix.

Roasted onion, garlic, red pepper sauce

roast in oven and then put in a blender and blend until smooth consistency

Grilled carrots

Peel carrots and cut into thirds and then cut those in half. Grill on 400 for seven minutes then top with brown sugar, substitute and red pepper flakes.
