Broccoli parm balls

Broccoli 1 large head

Half an onion diced

garlic powder to taste

Parmesan grated to taste

Porq crumbs 1/2 cup

Egg

Boil broccoli and onion. After broccoli and onions are soft, drain them and press between paper towels to remove extra moisture and then put them in a food processor, blend till fine but not puréed. Add seasoning, cheese, porq crumbs and egg and mix. Form into balls. Baked at 350° for 25-30 mins.

Mashed potatoes

Russet potato

Garlic and onion powder

chicken / beef / veggie stock

Butter 2 tbsp

Boil potatoes. Drain and put into food processor with seasoning, butter and enough stock to thin it out.

Steak

I froze the steak for a few hours and then ran it over my mandolin to shred it. Cooked it in my cast iron till no longer pink. Chop into bite size pieces
