Nightmare Tenant BEFORE & AFTER

Here's a taste of what my life has been like off screen. This situation had me stressing hard core... A level of stress I had never experienced tbh. I'm just glad this place is finally cleaned up & there's no more extra baggage. I lost time with my infant son trying to be a good person so another baby wouldn't go without but God seen everything here & only He knows the truth.
As a first time mom, I will NEVER support the 17 dirty diapers theory. EVER. This person lived here for free under the conditions that they kept the place cleaned & organized. Because I was working to help support this person's child plus having to keep an eye on them for CA, I quite literally only had enough energy to maintain/clean my living situation.
Some people think I should've done more but I think the other party should've pulled their weight bc the scales were not being balanced here.
They refused to unpack & organize their belongings unless I was helping them which I could not do bc I was too busy trying to survive with this person. That attracted the field rats (did not have a major issue with them until this person brought their stuff over, witnesses can verify that) so I've been trying to get that under control as well. [Which, farm folks know how it is with field rats - they're gonna try to get in no matter what, just gotta keep the place clean.] LUCKILY THERE ARE NO ROACHES!!! Lots of fly species but no filth loving bugs. I'm thankful for that. Their part of the house was so neglected that new mold has started growing in the master bathroom & the master bedroom, where hidden soiled diapers laid on the floors for weeks. My floors are now ruined bc of this person, causing more repairs to add into the renovation project. I hauled off four 50 gallon trash bags of their trash & in that process, I kept finding hidden soiled diapers - in the gaps of walls, behind the box springs, squished under the mattress, & even on the mattress. In total, with damages & the clean up, the costs of everything is going to be well over $7k.
After all the legal commotion, I made sure they could not come back to the property, indefinitely. There was literally no excuse for this trailer to be treated like it was, with or without the mold. Especially living here out of free will & rent free.
I also took LOTS of photos & videos from the day of the eviction to when this place got cleaned up for my personal legal documentation.
Stay tuned for the rebuild bc we plan on starting soon.
