At this stage, many expectant mothers start preparing more seriously for the arrival of their baby, and the excitement often grows alongside the growing physical challenges. Being in the second pregnancy, I noticed some differences compared to my first experience. For instance, my body seemed to adapt faster to the changes, but I also felt more tired at times. As a Boy Mom, I find it rewarding to reflect on how I managed to balance enthusiasm and caution throughout the pregnancy. The 30th week brings increased movements from the baby, which is always reassuring. However, alongside the joy come common pregnancy symptoms such as backaches, swelling, and fluctuating energy levels. To cope, I focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle by staying hydrated, eating nutrient-rich foods, and incorporating gentle exercises like prenatal yoga to help ease discomfort. Listening to my body's signals has been crucial—setting realistic daily goals and ensuring I get ample rest. Social support from family and connecting with other mothers have also made a big difference in managing stress during these weeks. Moreover, this stage is perfect for preparing the nursery, organizing baby essentials, and discussing birth plans with healthcare providers. Tracking appointments, taking childbirth classes, and practicing relaxation techniques are all part of the process that helped me feel more confident and ready. Each pregnancy is unique, and sharing real experiences can provide comfort and useful tips to other mothers approaching this phase. Staying positive, informed, and proactive makes the third trimester a meaningful part of the pregnancy journey.
