I've been there, looking at my phone and seeing nothing but silence. It can make you question your worth and feel invisible. What helped me was starting to reconnect with myself first. I picked up new hobbies and joined online communities where I could find people who shared my interests. It wasn't instant, but bit by bit, I found friends and started to feel valued again. Sometimes, the hardest part is reaching out and risking vulnerability, but it often leads to real connections. Remember, not having a party invite or being pinned on someone's lock screen doesn't define your value. Everyone's journey is different, and meaningful relationships take time to develop. If you feel isolated, consider talking to someone you trust or even a counselor. You're not alone in feeling invisible. Many people go through phases like these. Keep reaching out, stay open, and invest in yourself. Over time, those small efforts can transform your social world into a place where you feel seen and appreciated.
