After years of living in the U.S., I’m finally home. I’m deeply grateful to God. This has been one of the most beautiful and transformative seasons of my life. I’m truly happy to be home🥹🤍
Returning home after an extended period abroad always brings a mix of emotions—nostalgia, excitement, and sometimes even a bit of uncertainty. Having spent years living in the U.S., I can truly relate to how powerful and transformative such a journey can be. Flying back to Nigeria, especially with a stopover at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport where I indulged in some perfume shopping, was a refreshing part of the experience. The moment I arrived at Abuja International Airport and saw the welcoming signs was overwhelming in the best possible way. What struck me the most on this trip was how small moments—like the scents discovered during a layover or the view from the airplane window—contributed to a profound feeling of gratitude and belonging. Coming home isn’t just about geography; it’s about reconnecting with your roots, culture, and the simple joys that daily life abroad can sometimes overshadow. For those considering a similar journey, embracing the blend of luxury travel and personal reflection makes the experience richer. Whether it's luxury lifestyle elements or spontaneous travel vlogs, every part of the trip contributes to a deeper understanding of self and place. This season of life has been one of the most beautiful chapters, reminding me that sometimes, the most meaningful adventures are the ones that bring us back where we started.
