At the age of 18, Adam was only 122 centimeters tall, or about an elementary school child. Only, he tried to apply to the army to fight in World War I, but was rejected because he was "too small and weak." The medical identified him as completely "dwarf."

At the age of 21, when humans normally stop getting high, but Adam starts to "soar," his body expands rapidly and dramatically. Within a few years of talking to everyone, he becomes the one who has to talk to the whole city instead.

In 1930, when he was 31, Adam had a height of 218 centimeters (NBA basketball), but it came with pain. Doctors detected that he had a "pituitary tumor" that did not stop producing growth hormones. Even with the surgery to remove the tumor, it was too late. His body continued to grow so large that his spine bent and could not stand on its own.

Adam spent his last days in a patient's bed until he died at 51 at a final height of 234 centimeters.
