Working for a call center and dealing with the calls I have over the years has showed me how harsh, thoughtless, and rude people can be, in advice, please be kind to the support you call… we don’t take your money … we don’t know your bank… we only give the requested info to the client or member regarding their account.. that’s all we do .. treating and cursing by every call… some of us have kids and a family and are battling our own.. we’re just here to do our job ..
