Sailing
I loved sailing! ⛵️It was just a fun experience, but there are definitely some things I’m glad I did to prepare:
- Take the motion medicine! (Bonine is my favorite since you don’t get drowsy) Even if you don’t think you’ll get motion sick, you will. Just take it.
- Sunscreen☀️ you def don’t want to get burnt out there girls
- Bring a clip/hair tie. It was so windy and I’m glad I brought it so I didn’t have to mess with my hair getting tangled or blowing all over
- Sunglasses are nice, but I’m not a sunglasses girl so I didn’t end up wearing them🕶️
-Water/drinks were so refreshing
-Snacks! Even though I got too distracted to eat them on the boat, we all were so hungry after
-I’m pretty sure you have to wear close toed shoes, but our captain let us take them off :)

Knowledge of sailing attire is vital; while they might not always be enforced, wearing closed-toed shoes is a good practice for safety.
