In a Heavy Pot on medium Heat
1 1/2 cups of corn Syrup
1 can Eagle Brand
1 cup of Brown Sugar
1 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Boil on stove top ( stirring continuously) till you get the Firm Ball Test for Caramel ( approximately 25 minutes)

Toast nuts of your choice I use Pecans halved ( nuts always taste better when They are Toasted)
Top with Melted Chocolate Wafers of your Choice
And Sprinkle a couple Course Grains of Salt on the top of the chocolate before it is set
