Lunch for today!

Last night I meal prepped my breakfast and lunch for the day and I figured I’d share with you

Breakfast:

Scrambled egg whites with tomato, ham, and sweet peppers. Along with turkey bacon, strawberry banana yogurt, and mixed frozen fruit. I also packed some keto tortillas and a yogurt drink which I didn’t picture

Lunch:

Ham and cheese roll ups and sweet peppers. I also have an apple crisp my sister in law made and some trail mix.

I’m more of a snacky person than a meal person. But I’m hoping this diet helps me lose a little bit of weight and builds my comfort with food.
