High protein Funfetti cupcakes!🧁 🤗 Birthday cake level1 protein powder 🔗 in mybio! (This one bakes well, isn’t chalky, and doesn’t upset my stomach)

I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 1 box funfetti cake mix

• 2 scoops birthday cake protein powder

• 3 eggs

• 1/2 cup cottage cheese

• 1 cup milk

I N S T R U C T I O N S:

•preheat oven to 350*F

•In a large bowl, add dry ingredients, stir.

•In a blender, blend cottage cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth

• add wet ingredients to dry, mix well

• spray muffin tin or silicone muffin pan with nonstick spray (silicone muffin pan in my Amazon for you)

• fill each muffin tin about 1/2 full as they will expand

• bake for ~18-20 mins

• let cool and then frost with protein frosting

Protein F R O S T I N G:

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

• 1 scoop birthday cake protein powder

• dash of swerve zero calorie sugar replacement

• 1 TBSP milk

➡️mix altogether in small bowl until smooth (add dash of milk if too thick to frost)
