Sleeping Babies & MaMa’s Milk🫶🤍

Our weekend wasn’t very eventful, but our little girl turned 4 MONTHS and then our AC went out. 🥵 It was literally 85°F in our house. It was miserable, but thank goodness we got it fixed.

Also, check out the fat separation in my milk 🍼 that I pumped. I love to latch her but sometimes I need a break and that’s OKAY!!! Women’s bodies are AMAZING 🤩 I love that I am able to produce food for my daughter. #pumpingisbreastfeedingtoo #breastfedbaby #unfiltered #weekendactivities #4monthsold

Whether latching directly or pumping milk, each method offers unique benefits. Pumping not only provides flexibility but can also be a lifeline when needing a break. It’s fascinating to see the variance in breast milk, like the fat separation that can occur, part of its natural composition and nutritional value. For mothers, understanding the mechanics of their bodies can enhance the experience of nurturing their infants. Celebrate the little victories, and don't shy away from sharing experiences with other parents in the community. Engaging in hashtags related to breastfeeding allows you to connect with supportive networks, share tips, and find relatable stories.
