30 minute creamy beef noodles (or fancy hamburger helper) perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner 🍝

What you’ll need

-1 box of noodles of choice (I used jovial brown rice noodles)

-1 lb lean ground beef

-1 yellow onion diced finely

-1 tbsp minced garlic

-1 tbsp tomato paste

-Beef broth

-Milk

-Parmesan

-Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

Start by boiling your noodles of choice until they are al dente. While your noodles are boiling, sauté your diced onion in a large skillet. Once translucent, add garlic and sauté for an additional 2 minutes (do NOT let your garlic burn). Make a space in the middle of your skillet and add your ground beef and seasonings. Once your ground beef is browned, add tomato paste and mix until completely combined. Next, add beef broth and deglaze the skillet as your mix. Add Milk and Parmesan and mix until well combined (the more parm you add the thicker the sauce will be). Add your noddles to your skillet, mix, and enjoy!

Top with freshly shredded Parmesan, parsley flakes, and red pepper flakes 🤤 #dinnerideas #simplerecipe #weeknightdinner #easyrecipe #fyp

... Read moreThis creamy beef noodles recipe is a wonderful option for those busy weeknights when you want a comforting meal without spending too much time in the kitchen. Using lean ground beef helps keep the dish flavorful but not overly greasy, and the combination of Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder adds layers of delicious spices that complement the beef perfectly. A key tip for the best results is to carefully watch the garlic while sautéing to avoid burning it, which can cause a bitter taste. Deglazing the pan with beef broth after browning the meat not only lifts the flavorful browned bits from the skillet but also enriches the sauce with a savory depth. Choosing the right noodles makes a difference too; brown rice noodles are a great gluten-free option, but any pasta you have on hand can work well. The Parmesan cheese added to the sauce melts into a creamy texture that binds everything together, and you can adjust the amount of cheese depending on how thick and cheesy you prefer the sauce. For added freshness and a pop of color, topping the dish with parsley flakes and red pepper flakes not only enhances the visual appeal but also adds a subtle heat balance. This meal pairs nicely with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables to round out the dinner. Overall, this recipe is perfect for anyone looking for a fast, fulfilling, and tasty meal that feels a bit fancy but requires minimal effort and ingredients you likely already have at home. The detailed seasoning and broth steps ensure even novice cooks can deliver a delicious result.
